Dear Aspirant

Previously there were no craze for Internet and student use to crack civil service examination.So don't think that if you cannot access Internet then you are lagging behind.
In my opinion always offline group studies are better because their you are more sincere and less chance for diversion.Online group studies do help but it has so many threads link up and sometime instead of focusing online studies we switch to listen music,then to social networking sites.So you don't even realize and you have wasted so much of your time.

Offline is better option because it gives you real time preparation, whereas in internet preparation is a virtual preparation. When internet craze was not there that time also people use to qualify civil exams. But it is always advisable to not lose online learning also. internet can give all those answers which you will not get in offline preparation.
So i will advise you to mostly go for offline but don't miss online preparation also.
