    Dear,
    The UPSC conducts the Indian Postal Service through CSAT. you have to apply for CSAT for this post if you are a graduate student. The SSC also conducts the post of Inspector of posts through Combined Graduate Level Examination which qualification is also graduation. Besides it, The postal Department conducts various examination for recruiting their staff just like postal assistant, sorting assistant etc.

    the ssc conducts the exam for the post office , the post name is inspector of post office,

    upsc is also conduct the exam for filling the post in the post office trough csat exam.

    qualification is required graduation in any stream.

    Dear Aspirant,
    -The UPSC conducts the Civil Service Exams for the enrollment of Candidates in the highest Civilian posts of the country,including the Grade 'A' Posts in the INDIAN POSTAL SERVICE.
    If you qualify the exams with a good rank,then you will surely get the post you desire.
    -However,for the Grade 'C' posts in the POST OFFICES,there are separate exams conducted by them,in terms of vacancies and eligibility.For notifications of the exams,you need to keep yourself updated through the Employment News weekly newspaper.
    -As for the details of the Civil Service Exams,they are drawn below.
    -The complete eligibility requirements of the
    Civil Service Exams are mentioned below-
    :: ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ::
    # You must be a citizen of India,
    or,You must be a subject of Nepal or
    Bhutan,
    or,You must be a Tibetan refugee settled
    permanently in India before 1962.
    # You must be 21 to 30 Years of age.
    The upper age limit is however relaxable by 5
    years for SC/ST and ex-servicemen AND by 3
    years for OBC candidates.
    # You must be a Graduate or equivalent,in
    any subject or stream from a recognized
    university.
    "Final year students are also applicable."
    # The General Category students are
    allowed 04 number of attempts.It is raised
    to 07 for OBC candidates and unlimited for
    the SC/ST candidates.
    -If you fulfil the criteria,then you can
    apply for the exams.
    -The release of forms are notified on the
    official website of UPSC in the month of
    January.The last date to apply is until
    about the first week of March.
    -The exams are conducted in three
    phases,namely,
    *The Preliminary Exams.
    *The Mains Exams.
    *The Interviews.
    You will have to clear the preceding phase to
    proceed to th next.
