IES 2013 seat reservation is not announced officially yet by upsc.

You have to wait for some time for notification of IES seat.

as there is no data provided by the upsc in terms of the number of seats available in the IES for 2013.
But I can provide you the data for the previous year, there were a total of 709 seats, in which 92 were reserved for the sc category and48 for the st category. A total of 183 and 51 were reserved for the people who belonged to the obc and ph category and 386 seats were for the general.
In terms of the age criteria, a relaxation of 3 years is given to the obc, 5 years is for the sc/st and 10 years is for the ph category.

The UPSC has not published the vacancies regarding to IES exam 2013 yet.

But the last year the number of seats for the different categories were:-

1.For General:-386

2.For OBC:-183

3.For SC:-92

4.For ST:-48

5.For Physically handicapped:-51

So these were the seats for the different categories in 2012.
