It really a good to see this kind of posts.... First I would like to appreciate your decision to make your daughter an IPS.... But did you thought why an IPS officer... If you have a solid reason then here are the suggestions for training.... Try to make her comfortable with studies.... Make her feel good to study like tell her to understand the subject which she's studying... Don't allow her to mug up the subject... Give her good information's often as she is too young to study newspapers... And allow her to be herself in taking decisions so that you can know about your daughter completely and you can train her according to that... please don't try to be strict with her.... From now onward feed her slow with that enthusiasm of IPS or IAS so that her passion gets more... but don't force her on that... Tell and explain her about the problems common people are facing today and tell her that you only should solve the problem of them... she will understand it slowly.... take her to good inspirational movies..... that's it nothing is a big deal if it is our goal.. So teach her what is life and she will automatically understand about UPSC....
It is good that you are worried about your daughter's career but it is too early to decide about her preparation for UPSC.
You need to respect her interest also.
But, give her nice education till 10th and guide her to concentrate on all subjects equally.
Tell her to read newspaper daily. This will be enough for now.
After her 10th standard, you can plan about her preparation.
yes , it was good , you encourage to become ips , so , you help him to read newspaper or watch news on tv its a good habbit
