How to utilize my free time of 2nd year B.Tech for UPSC preparation without disturbing academic studies?

I am a b.e second year mechanical & production student of sathyabama university...
My aim to be an ias.
My question is how i should prepare for ias ,because i am in 2nd year & i have a lot of time, but i have to also complete b.e . I want to prepare from this time.
Please tell me...

first of all go throughout the syllabus for IAS exam. Try to read 6th to 12th NCERT books. Concentrate on GK and English also keep reading newspapers daily.
you can also try to solve previous year question papers.
