Dear questioner -if you are treated a criminal by the order of competant court, then sure you will not be allowed to do civil service.before appointment a police verification report is taken to appoint an employee. Where the job is in bank/company/or civil service.
Thank you,
Sorry,Criminal case aspirants are not eligible to select Job under Union Public Service commission.
Any how you may for the exam but at the time of selection , you may disqualify.
So, better to free from case and apply.
Some times exemption applicable for small cases too, once contact UPSC officials or megistrate for EXemption from case..
Good Luck
Hello dear,
1> if your case is solved and you get complete freedom papers from court than you are eligible for UPSC exam..
2> otherwise you are disqualify at police verification time..
3> so please first of all solved your criminal case and than apply for UPSC exam..
thanks...
If the case is recorded in FIR and if you are proven to be guilty and if you have any imprisonment for that proven case then i'm sorry you are not eligible as it is the rule of UPSC that criminal case holding candidates are not eligible...
Friend, as you have mentioned that you are an accused in a criminal case, then it is a matter of concern. You will not be eligible for UPSC Examination either your case is pending in the competent Court or you are finally declared convicted/accused by the Court. First of all, clear your case and get clean-chit from Hon'ble Court, thereafter you will be eligible for any government job.
