I am in a great problem. I am HbsAg ve which means that I am Hepatitis B virus Positive but it doesn't create a problem to me and hasn't for the past 21 years because it is in a symbiotic relationship with my body.
I need a sure shot answer whether I am eligible for Civil Services or not.
Please give me a well confirmed answer as I have searched even the Appendix III of Gazette Of India Extraordinary and it hasn't solved my confusion.
