Sorry to say you are not eligible for any benefits under minorities reservation in the UPSC exams.
For UPSC Civil Services Exams benefits of reservation is given to candidates of reserved category viz.OBC,SC,ST,PH
or Ex-servicemen or Residents of Jammu & Kashmir who have been displaced,etc.
Benefits include relaxation of Upper age limits for the reserved category candidates and exemption from fee payments for exams
or relaxation in the no. of attempts for CSE,etc.
You will not get the benefit as you belong to General Category in Sikh community.There is no provision for benefits to a given
Minority community.
Reservation is based on govt. norms and regulations,it is for persons belonging to minority caste,J & K residents,physically handicapped,etc.
You should read the exam notification for details of relaxation provided to a particular section of society.

If you want to know about the Age relaxation in UPSC exams then here is the table for the age relaxation of the candidates who belongs to different different categories.
Age of the candidate for UPSC exam must lies in between 21-30 years.

You can apply in minority community but being in General Category you won't get any benefit.
Benefits are available only to those candidates who belong to Reserved Category.
Since you belong to General Category you won't get any benefit in UPSC Exam.
To apply for UPSC Exams your age should be between 21 to 30 years if applying in General Category.
Age relaxation and fee exemption benefit is available only to Reserved Category like SC/ST/OBC.
