UPSC conducts civil services aptitute test for filling 24 positions each year and this includes IAS, IPS, IFS, customs etc.
Min eligibilty criteria is graduation pass
min age to give exam is 21 years
SC candiadtes can give the exam as many times as he or she wants there is no restriction on that.
max age till which you can give exam is 35 years

here i am listing age limit and number of attempts according to category wise For UPSC exams.
Category Age Limit Limit Number Of Attempts
1. General 21 years to 30 years 4 attempts
2. OBC 21 years to 33 years 7 attempts
3. SC/ST 21 years to 35 years No Limit
so as you belongs to SC category so you have unlimited chances to apply for UPSC exams till you reach 35 years.

i tell you that only those candidates are eligible for upsc examination who have completed their graduation with a ugc recognized university and must be the citizen of india.
Now let us talk about the age limit and the no. Of attempts:
1. For general:- 21-30 years. (4 attempts)
2. For obc :- 21-33 years. (7 attempts)
3. For sc/st:- 21-35 years. (no any restriction.)
that means you are allowed to give the exam as many time as you want at the age of 35 years ,there is no any restriction for you .

The age limit is for general category is 21 to 30 years. And attempt the exam 4 times.
The age limit is for obc category is 21 to 33 years (3 years relaxation). Attempt the exam 7 times.
Age limit for SC/ST category is 21 to 35 years and attempt chance till overage. Means unlimited
qualification is required graduation in any stream from the recognized university.

The number of times that one can give the civil service exam is below :
4 for general cast
7 for obc cast
no limit for the sc/st cast
So as you are belong to sc cast so that you can give the exam number of time , there are no limit for you , you can give the exam till you fulfill the age criteria for the exam .
The age limit for the CSE exam is below :
21-30 for general cast
21-33 for obc cast
21-35 for sc/st cast
so till you become 35 you are eligible for giving the exam .
But for that you have to complete your graduation in any stream from any recognized university .
So start the preparation for the exam and give it and pass it .
