according to your age you complete the age this years means your age complete 35 years in the 2012.
so now you are not eligible for the exam.

Sorry, you cant appear for the IAS examination as you have exceeded the upper age limit. The age limit for IAS is 21-30years and the upper age limit is 03years for OBC and 05years for the SC/ST candidate. According to your Date of Birth, you have crossed the 35years on 10th December 2012. And the next year advertisement for IAS may be published on December last or January First week. So sorry, you can't apply for it. Thanks....

Sorry to say but, No you are eligible to take the exam as you crossed the age limit.
The age limit after the relaxation for SC/ST is 35 years of age... but you will cross 35 before the next year notification for UPSC comes out.

sorry to say that you are not eligible for upsc exam . Because
according to your age you crossed 35 year in 2012 and new requirement
for upsc exam is published on 1 january 2013 .so you can't apply for
upsc exam .

21-30 year for gen. Candidate
21-33 year for obc candidate
21-35 year for st/sc candidate
my advice is for you that you try for other exam .
