Hello
what is the meaning of such question, you want to attend the civil services without having the original degree certificate. You ask yourself is it going to be possible.
The UPSC conducts the exam for the graduates and you will have to present the original certificate of the degree.
As the certificates will prove that you have completed your graduation, which is necessary to apply for the exam. Now final year students can apply for the exam but will have to show your degree when will be called for the interview.
It is not possible to apply for any exam without showing the certificate of the degree which is the eligibility criteria for the exam.
