    Hey friend,
first i want to ask you something.
is your fracture hurting you and getting you in problem when you are running.
If your answer is yes , then my friend you cann't apply for the IPS job.
But you may apply for the IAS job.
Or your answer is no .
Then you can apply for the both jobs.
I hope you got your answer.
