Hello,
You should not think that failing for 7 times will have any negative impact on interview board where only this can matter. The prelims and mains will not be evaluated keeping in mind your past performance. If you manage to reach interview, it would be a great achievemnt and the interview board would even appreciate that.

as yuo say, you belong to sc category
age limit for you is 21-35 years. 5 years age relaxation is given to you.
you can apply infinite times of IAS exam.
there is no limit for sc/st category in civil services exam.
therefore, try again.
