The criteria for UPSC is :
1.Graduate in any stream from a recognised university.
2. Nationality : Indian
3. Age : 21-30(33 for OBC & 35 for SC/ST)

sorry if you want to appeared civil service exam then you should have to passed graduate from the recognized university.
if you are not a graduate then sorry you are not eligible for CIVIL SERVICE EXAM.
age should be 21 to 30 years.

Sorry to say that dear you are not eligible for for civil services as being a diploma holder. because iploma holder candidate are not eligible for CSAT exam only graduation degree candidate can apply.
If you want to appear CSAT exam then first thing you must complete your graduation in degree with recognized university.
Full criteria of Eligibility
Candidate should be graduate from recognized university
final year candidate can also eligible.
age of the candidate should be 21 to 30 year
relaxation in age
OBC 3 years
SC/ST 7 year
PH candidate 10 year
this relaxation is applicable in the upper age limit only

To be eligible for the civil services exam the person should fulfill the following:
1.The candidate must be a graduate and as you are diploma holder so sorry you can't apply for it.
First you get a graduate degree then you will be free to apply for it.
To be eligible for the UPSC folowing things are considered and they are as follows:
1.You should be a graduate
2.Your age should lie between 21-30 yrs for General catgory.
3.For OBC the age crieteria is 21-33 yrs.
4.For SC/ST it is 21-35 yrs.
And there is no constraint regarding the marks candidate score in his/her graduation.

The eligiblity criteria of the UPSC exam, is complete greduation in any stream , But you are not complete greduation so you are noy eligible for the any UPSC exam.
If you make an carrier in UPSC then firstly you complete gredution in any stream aftre then you are eligible for the UPSC exam.
The age criteria is :
For
Gen. - 21 to 30 year
For obc - 21 to 33 year
For sc/st - 21 to 35 year
No of attemp :
For gen. - 4
For obc - 7
For sc/st - no limit.
The condidate should be indian.

You are not eligible for any UPSC exam bcoz diploma holder can't apply for UPSC exam only who have graduate degree they can apply for the exam.
