I have changed my name after graduation and this has been published in gazette notification and completed all legal process in this conection, but according to upsc guideline we must apply with name as in high school certificate. after qualifying mains exam. in interview form upsc gives option to give details if you change you name. I want to know that if I will give details on the time of interview then, will upsc show my new name in final result on his web site?
