I'm going to appear civil service exam prelims for first attempt this year May 2013...
All My educational documents 10th,12th mark sheets°ree certif) and also community certificate are in OLD name....
In which name(old or new) should i apply for Civil service exam as per upsc rules?
Will they accept my name change if i apply in new name?
