Sorry friend if you are general candidate then you can not appear for UPSC
but, if you are reserved category candidate then you are eligible for UPSC
because for SC/ST 5% of relaxation is provided in marks.
General candidate requires 50% in Graduation.

Yes, being a graduate you are eligible to appear for UPSC exams.

- Your percentage is not the criteria for appearing in UPSC exams
- Your age should be minimum 21 years of age and the maximum age is 30 years. Since you are 27 you fulfill the age criteria as well.

You have also the miniumum educational qualification that is graduation in any stream form a recognised university.% in graduation is not such a big issue.

You are eligible for the civil service exam. The eligibility of the exam is the graduation in any stream from the recognized university which is approved by the ugc./aicet or the state government.

The percentage or the marks of the graduation is no matter for the exam. Candidate only passed out the graduate. The higher qualification is also no matter for the exam it is your beneficial for you in the future.

The age limit for the candidate is the 21 to 30 years for the general/unreserved category.

The attempt of the chance is 4times of the exam.

The exam held in the month of the may.

you do not need to worry because you have completed graduation you can definitely apply for UPSC exams. for UPSC exams like Civil Services you need only graduation and there is no consideration of percentage.


Eligibility Criteria:

1. Graduation in any stream with any percentage.

2. Age Limit:

• General: 21 to 30 years
• OBC: 21 to 33 years

UPSC conducts various competitive exams for the various posts in a year .
Every exam have their own criteria like some exam requires minimum percentage while others are not .
For Civil Service Exam following criteria one should fulfill .
=> one should complete the graduation from any recognized university in any stream .
or
=> A final year student also eligible for the exam .

=> age limit is below :
21-30 for general cast
21-33 for obc cast
21-35 for sc/st cast

=> No of attempts are allowed .
4 for general cast
7 for obc cast
no limit for sc/st cast

So in CSE exam there are no percentage requirement criteria so that you will eligible .

But for the other exam like CDS exam there will be minimum 60% is required in graduation so that in that exam you are not eligible .

So its depends on exam.
