I am saravanan, serving in Indian Army over 13 years service,age 29 years completed and my qualification is 10th, 10 1, after then completed (BA) distance education by open university. I would like to attend upsc examination,am I eligible to attend UPSC exam or any ex-serviceman qota?. so kind request reply me thanking you.

yes, you are definitely eligible for UPSC exams only if your college or university must be recognized.
and in UPSC your type of category have 5 years of relaxation in upper age limit
(35 years for general, 38 year for OBC and 40 years for SC/ST).

As you are a servant of Indian Army, You will count as a ex-serviceman category. And You will get 5year upper age limit relaxation for it. The age for it is 21-30 years. The upper age limit is for OBC is 3years, for SC/ST is 5years). As you are a ex-serviceman category, you will get for OBC 8 years, For SC/ST 10years and for general it is 5years. The qualification is to pass the Bachelors degree in any stream at any recognized university. If Your college is recognized, then you will definitely appear the examination. Best of Luck
