Well mine friend, as per i may guess using this time's eligiblity criteria , it looks like you will be eligible, Since for 2012 this was criteria :

>> NDA I According to 2012 notification , candidate born not earlier than 2nd January , 1994 and not later than 1st July , 1996 are eligible

>> NDA II According to 2012 notification , candidate born not earlier than 2nd July , 1994 and not later than 1st January , 1997 are eligible .

So, 1 year will be added in not later than part and 1 year be subtracted from not earlier than Part,

So yes you are eligible on the basis of Age criteria.

I hope you know that age limit lies in mid of 16.5 to 19.

NDA i.e. National Defence Academy is the All India Entrance Examination which is conducted by the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) every year in the months of April and August as NDA 1 and NDA 2.

• Those who had taken Physics & Mathematics in Class 12th can apply for navy and air force.

so you are eligible for the exam.
the qualification is required for the nda exam is secondary class passed with the science subject.
the percentage of marks is above 60%.
the pursuing secondary class candidate also eligible for the exam.

Hey friend,

Having born on 10-10-1996 you are not eligible for applying for the NDA exam as you are not satisfying the needed age limit for the exam as you are exceeded age limit for the exam.

As the candidates who is having a age limit of 16 1/2-19 years i.e candidate should have born after 2nd July 1993 and not later than 1st January 1996 is only eligible.

As you are exceeding the age limit you are ineligible for applying for the exam to join defence forces.

It is that you need to satisfy all the following criteria's:

> Nationality

> Martial Status

> Age Limit

> Education qualification

> Physical standard


As you are not satisfying the age limit there is nothing to be regarded about the other standards.
