Myself NAFISA ALI SAYYAD, i am belonging to the open category & my date of birth is 14/6/1978. I want to participate in the UPSC Examination plz guide me is there any resolution for me to attend the concern exam. And when the advertisement published in which newspaper ?

you are not eligible for the upsc exam.
as according to your date of birth your age is more then 30 years,
age limits for upsc exams is:
the age limits for the upsc exam is 21 to 30 years ,
for OBC candidates age limit is 21 to 33 years.
for SC/ST candidates age limit is 21 to 35 years.

Sorry, You can't appear for the UPSC examination as you are not eligible in age criteria. The age limit is 21-30years for the general category. And as per your date of birth, you are no 34+ in age. To know more details please visit www.upsc.gov.in Thanks.....
