Yes,sure,since your son has completed the bachelor of technology which is a four year undergraduate course and as we all know that bachelor's degree is the minimum educational requirement for UPSC exams except NDA and SCRA.
After satisfying the educational requirement ,he must satisfy some other eligiblity criteria also:
Age limitations:
His age must be between 21-30 years if he belongs to general category otherwise 3years to obc and 5 years to sc/st relaxation in age is given.
Information regarding no of attempts for UPSC exams:
General category:4
Sc/st: no limit
OBC: 7

only criteria is he should have degree from a recognized university..
he will be eligible to aplly for civil services,IFS,CDS,IES,and various other exams conducted by the commission..
depending upon the exam he is willig to take the eligibility criteria also differs.
generally the age limit is 21 to 30 for general category but for cds he should be between 19 to 25 years.so check the eligibility criteria for the desired exam
