    hi
yes my dear friend, next year, as you will be in your final year of your graduation therefore you will be able to give the IAS examination. Because for giving the exam you need to be a graduate in any stream from a recognized indian university and your age should be in between 21-30 years.
And my dear friend if you are giving the exam without your preparation then it is strongly recommended that you should not waste your attempt. This exam is the toughest exam of the country and one needs a very strong devotion and dedication in case you want to pursue your dream therefore you just need to give a sincere effort of an years preparation and then you should give the exam
    Gud luck
