The minimum required height for each defense forces varies and is as follows:


1)For Indian Army: 157.5 cms
2)For Indian Air Force: 162.5 cms
3)For Indian Navy: 157.5 cms


For candidates belonging to hills of North Eastern regions of India, the required height is relaxed upto 5 cms.
