The Union Budget of India, referred to as the annual Financial Statement.
The annual budget of the Republic of India, presented each year on the last working day of February by the Finance Minister of India in Parliament.

It is right to people of India that What step the Govt. should have to take to grow GDP of India. Also the Budget is directly connected with common people of India for what good or bad facility or relaxation in price of all necessary things and about economy of India.

first of all finance minister only RECOMMENDS & prepare the budget , passing the budget is in the hands of the lok shaba assemly members after considering different analysis of whole the budget, by recommending any amendment if they want or agreed by the finance minister then it will be signed by president for the final allotment.

if anyhow it will not passed then there is no proper management of allocation of resources, countries different schemes for the people's welfare will stop, crisis occurs , likely a situation of mismanagement, looting, hunger, progress hampering may occur.

budget decide the direction of economy. if budget is not passed then there is no proper direction of economy and it leads to misuse or unwanted allocation of resources, there would be no proper scheme for welfare of human, corruption in administration. and growth in economy is stopped.

The budget is a statement of estimated receipts and expenditure of the govt. The budget goes through following stages in the parliament
1) presentation of budget
2) General discussion
3)Scrutiny by departmental committees
4)voting on demands for grants
5)Passing of appropriation bill
6) passing of finance bill
Its the duty of the finance minister to present the budget, it is a constitutional obligation for him.If he doesn't perform it, its the duty of the President to make him present. this is the beauty of our constitution, power is not vested with any single authority, there are lots of checks and balances.

In that case, if the budget is not passed implies that the govt. does not have majority in the loksabha and the prime minister along with the council of ministers have to resign and fresh elections will be conducted.
