dear friend according to the education qualifications you are eligible to apply but you are exceeding the age limit to apply for CDSE so dear friend you can not apply for the exam but if you wish to join the Indian army than you can join territorial army as age limit is 21-40 the notification is made in the months of december and june ,you can check the details at joinindianarmy.nic.in

there is no % criteria for this exam.
but there is a age qualification which you can confirm from www.upsc.gov.in
but as you have posted your date of birth you are eligible only for OTA.

The eligibility criteria will vary depending on whether you plan to join army, navy or airforce. Also it will vary depend on whether you are male or a female. Like for the Navy engineering degree is a must. For the OTA scheme any graduate can apply. There will be questions from mathematics, general knowledge and English areas. if you wish to join indian air force through CDS exam then you should have subjects like physics and mathematics in graduation.
also along with that your age should lie between 19 to 24 years .
as your date of birth is 9-11-1987 ,
so your age is exceeded the age limit required for the CDS exam,
so your age is not eligible for the upsc exam

combined defense services examination is one of the two examination conducted by upsc
for the jobs in the three main armed forces of INDIA namely
INDIAN ARMY,INDIAN AIR FORCE,INDIAN NAVY.
the basic requirement to appear in this examination is graduation
in any stream from a recognized university under UGC.
on the basis of your educational qualifications you are fully eligible to
apply for the upsc CDS examination being B.Sc(mathematics) graduate .
but as your age is about 26 years as per your present age,
you will not be permitted to appear in the CDS examination
as the age limit to apply for the CDS examination is 19-25 years.
so if you are general category aspirant
then you can not apply for the next upsc CDS examination.
