Both the subjects are very good.

B.COM & B.A are both the good degree you can do graduation in any of these.

It depends upon your interest that in which field you want to go.

If you want to go in the banking areas then you must go for B.COM or if you want to go in the other subjects like;History,Philosophy,Geography etc.

Then you can choose B.A.

Or if you want to go for civil service examination only then you can choose anyone from these because for Civil service exam there is at least requirement of Bachelor degree from any discipline.

According to me you go with the B.A. you should complete your graduation in B.A. firstly you complete the graduation degree easily then you will give the civil service exam

then pick up these subject which is best subject for the civil service exam. B.A subjects are highest scoring subject and most popular for the mains exam.
