There is no need of passing the graduation from reputed college, but you have to pass the examination from any recognized university. Then you can appear for the UPSC examinations. Best of Luck.

IT IS NOT NECESSARY THAT ONE SHOULD DO GRADUATION FROM REPUTED COLLEGE BUT MUST HOLD DEGREE FROM ANY UNIVERSITY INCORPORATED BY ANY CENTRAL OR STATE ACT IN INDIA OR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ESTABLISHED BY ANY ACT OF PARLIAMENT OR DECLARED AS A DEEMED UNIVERSITY OR SHOULD POSSESS AN EQUIVALENT QUALIFICATION.
Candidates who have appeared F an examination which would educationally qualify them for the UPSC examination but have not received the the results will also be eligible .

By this,I mean that you need to complete your Graduation from a college that must be recognized by the UNIVERSITY GRANTS COMMISSION and will be under the authenticity of the government.

-Your college might not be a REPUTED,RENOWNED or a FAMOUS one,but you must make it sure that the university is approved by the UGC.
Beware as there are a lot of fake universities at present.If you deide to go out of the league,make sure you do that after proper investigation.

but condition is that you are graduate in any stream from the recognized university which is approved by the ugc/aicet.
