yes sir you are also eligible for the upsc civil service exam. ca or cs is also degree. if you complete that degree from the recognized institute/university then you are defiantly eligible for the exam.
the age limit is 21 to 30 years. if you belongs to the reserve category then you some relaxation in the age. the notification the civil service exam is published in the month of the december and the preliminary exam is held in the month of the may. the main exam in the month of august/september.

Education: The candidate should be pass in graduation from a recognized indian university

Age limit: For the general 21-30

And for the obc 21-33 and for sc.st 21-35

And it will depend on you as after which course you can go

Go for the exam as both are much reputed courses

CA Stands for the charted Accountant and

And on the other hand CS Stands for the company secrtary

And you can apply for the exam after both these

And your future will be also secure after both these courses

As per UPSC notifications for Civil services,Candidates having professional and Technical qualifications recognised by govt as Professional and technical Degree are eligible.CA or CS comes under such Professional courses which are recognised by Govt as Professional degrees.This makes you eligible for Civil services provided you service other eligibility conditions as in age limit and physical or medical standards etc.
