    dear friend,

    if your college or University is recognized then you are definitely eligible for UPSC exams.

    for IES(Indian Engineering Services ) you must complete your graduation from recognized college or university. you can also apply for UPSC IES in final year of your graduation.

    and your age must be within 21 years to 30 years.

    And there is relaxation in UPPER AGE limit for reserved category candidates(3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates).

    Ies Stands For the Indian Engineer Service

    For the Ies You need the below Qualifications:

    Education:The candidate should be pass in b.tech from

    A recognized indian university

    Age limit: The candidate age should be between 21-30

    And relaxation for the obc of 3 years

    And the relaxation for the sc/st of 5 years

    And for the ph category it is of 10 years

    And as if you are filling the criteria

    Then you can apply for the exam

    -THE BACHELORS in TECHNOLOGY THAT YOU HAVE COMPLETED FROM MPSTME,SHIRPUR is FULLY RECOGNIZED BY THE AICTE,and HENCE,You can definitely apply and appear for the INDIAN ENGINEERING SERVICE EXAMS,which are conducted annually buy the UPSC.
    -The IES Exams are conducted annually by the UPSC in the month of June.This year,it was conducted successfully on the 15th of June,2012 which was a Friday.The exam spans for a period of three days.
    -The notifications of release of forms are made by February on the website of the UPSC.You can apply ONLINE on the website-www.upsconline.nic.in
    -The COMPLETE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THE EXAMS ARE MENTIONED BELOW-
    {A} NATIONALITY.
    You must be a citizen of India,
    or,You must be a Tibetan refugee settled permanently in India,before 1962.
    or,You must be a subject of Nepal per Bhutan.
    {B} AGE BOUNDARIES.
    You must be a 21 To 30 Years of age.
    However,the upper age limit is relaxed by 5 Years for SC/ST and ex-servicemen and by 3 Years for OBC and Physically Disabled.
    {C} EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS.

    Of course friend if your college is recognized by UGC then your degree will be valid for UPSC IES exam.

    You can check the validation of your college on UGC website.

    After Completion of B. Tech you are eligible to apply for UPSC exam.

    Final year candidates are also eligible for UPSC exam.

    No certain percentage of marks required.

    For this exam your age should be 21 to 30 years.

    Age relaxation for OBC + 3 years and SC/ST + 5 years.

    You must be Indian.
