I think you got wrong information , that means the upsc notification is not released in the month of march..


Generally upsc released the notification for civil services examination in the middle of the month of February.

if you wish to apply for the same than you have to apply online because there are no other mode of application will be accepted .

you have to fill the online application form on the official website of upsc for online work:- http://www.upsconline.nic.in



but first you have to see the details about the examination and check that you are eligible for the examination or not??

eligibility requirement:-

# The candidate must be an indian citizen.

# He/she must be a graduate from a govt. recognized university.


age criteria:-


for general category :- 21-30 y.

for obc category:- 21-33 y.

for sc/st category:- 21-35 y.



if you wish to be eligible for the same then you have to satisfied the crieteia given above.

no details about the examination:


procedure:-


1. prelims examination.

2. mains examination.

3. interview.

The notification for the UPSC exam has to be issued on 2nd feb but it got delayed due to some pending issues of the pattern of the exam and now those issues has got solved and very soon the notification will be issued .

Probably in the month of MArch ie. frist week.
