Both Learning with Books and E-Learning via E-books are good but Best is Learning with books.
With Books you have pay more price than e-book but if you studies with e-books for long time then it is harmful to your eyes and you become bored.
So Learning with books and Magazine will fetch you productive results.
Dear Aspirant
I think it is better if you focus more of your preparation on books rather than e-books.Only go for those e-books which are essentials but they are not present in the market. As for example you may take NCERT books sometimes these are not easily available in the market So you may prefer e-learning.
Besides previously there were no concept of e-learning and most of the material you find are not suitable also for studying on internet .They will only distract you Sometimes you have to waste your time to find pdf form of your books you require.Previously students do better without any internet support .
In my opinion it will be better if you standard books rather than depending too much on internet sources. Just few minutes of observing official websites of UPSC (www.upsc.gov.in) for question paper or forums like UPSC discussions for query of any news will be sufficeint.I think you better use your internet time to entertain yourself and keep yourself updated with current changes for the examination you are preparing
