What are you talking about dear i mean you don't believe in the system of the recruitment of the super power administration posts as - Indian Foreign Service, Indian Administrative Service, Indian Police Service, Indian Revenue Service etc.
Dear be cool and think about it when the syllabus of the UPSC board Civil Service and every exam is enough tough and each and every exam is being conducted under the UPSC board selected committee and interview process and each other tests are also under the experts and intelligences so that how it could be possible that any another body enter inside the board and talk about anything illegal and for your kind information that all those authorities which are selected and responsible for UPSC board exams are not allowed to talk on phone or meet any another body excluding the members of the UPSC board and exam committee so how it could be done in any manner
There is no chance for anything illegal in this complete recruitment process because if there would be any type of matter about this which you are asking then why they decided the toughest syllabus and hard recruitment process and why they select only those candidates those who score higher and highest marks in the exam and successfully qualify all the steps for which they appear so dear you should keep this thing in your mind that - There is everything transparent in the recruitment process and hiring process of each and every UPSC exam
All the best

Hi Aspirant,
UPSC exam recruitment procedure is transparent and reliable upto a great extent than any other exam.
UPSC conducts various competitive exams for the most reputed and top level officer posts of central government
IAS
IPS
IRS
IFS
IES
ISS
NDA
CDS
SCRA
CMS
Geologist
All the above exam and posts are the officer posts and conducted by the high level UPSC authority.
UPSC always try to bring more transparency in their recruitment procedure.
All the opjective exam is taken by OMR sheet and these answer sheet is checked by the computer and all the system is based on computer.
In some subject paper like civil service and IFS they need to check the answer sheet manually and appoint the best and reliable examiner for that work
So friend doesnt worry about this UPSC exam is much transparent and secure then any other exam.
Best of Luck
