***Hi friend!!***
There's no restriction of percentagesfor both the exams conducted by the UPSC but you need to have to be passed.
And you can also write those exams in your fourth year also. They ask you to bring the certificates, by then you'll will have completed your B.tech.
***I wish you all SUCCESS!!***

Dear,
The UPSC conducts theCSAT preliminary examination every year. The essential qualification for theCSAT of UPSC is to pass the Bachelors degree in any stream at any recognizeduniversity. There is no restriction of percentage of the marks. But you can only appear the examination at the final year or after passing your B.E..Theage limit for it is 21-30years. The upper age limit for OBC is 3years and forSC/ST,it is 5years. The number of attempts for general category is 04 and forOBC candidates, it is 07 and for SC/ST, it is upto their last upper age limit. Best of Luck

to apply for the upsc examination you are not needed to maintain a percentage
you just need to have passing marks in graduation or the engineering to become eligible
for the examinations like civil services examinations .
there is percentage criteria to apply for the upsc civil services examination.
so don't worry about it .
apart from this the aspirants must have an age between 21-30 years to appear for this examination.
for this examination
you can even apply while pursuing the final years of your course.
the age limit for the sc/st category is 21-35 years while
for the obc category the age limit is 21-33 years.
there is no limit of attempts for the sc/st aspirants while
for the general category aspirants there are only 4 attempts
and for the obc aspirants there are 7 attempts .

There is no minimum percentage prescribed by UPSC to appear in the Civil Services abd Engineering Services exams.
You Just require a passing percentage at the graduation level to become eligible to appear in these exams.
Minimum educational qualification to appear in the these exams is Graduate Degree/equivalent from a recognised University.
So donot bother about the percentage instead prepare for these exams from now onwards to get Success.
