The prescribed age limit of UPSC EXAM for SC candidates is 21-35 years (as on 1st August of the year of exam).

Civil services exam is conducted by UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) this exam held once in a year.
In CSAT exam there are relaxation provided to the OBC and SC/ST candidate. this relaxation are provide in the upper age limit .
Relaxation in age for SC/ST candidate is 5 year that means A SC/ST candidate can apply CSAT exam 21 to 35 year age.
Age of the candidate is 21 to 30 year, If he/she belong from general category
Age of the candidate is 21 to 33 year, If he/she belong from OBC category
Age of the candidate is 21 to 35 year, If he/she belong from SC/ST category

for an sc candidate you get 5 years relaxation more than general candidates
that means you have the age window of 21 yrs to 35 yrs of age..

The age limit of different categories is mentioned below
21 to 30 years for General candidate.
21 to 33 years for OBC.
21 to 35 years for SC/ST,ex-government service man.
21 to 40 years for physically handicapped person.
That you must not attain the age of 30 years before the 1st day of august on the exam year,you must not attain the age of 33 years before the 1st of august on the exam year,likewise for all the other categories.
