OBC stands for Other backward castes.Candidates belonging to this category have lots of benefits in these examination.
First the age limitations for upsc exams for a general category students is 21-30 years but for the OBC aspirants is 21-33 years with the age relaxation of three years.
In case of no of attempts ,
>>General:4
>>OBC:7
>>sc/st: no limit.
Also the cut off of the exams is very less for them as compared to general category.
Educational qualification is same for all category that is graduation in any stream from a recognised university.
You must be an Indian citizen
UPSC conducts lots of examinations like

>>Indian forest services.

The generally the age limit for the candidate 21 to 30 years and attempt the chance 4 times.
In case obc category the age relaxation 3 years and the attempt of the exam 7 times.
The relaxation in upper age limit 8 years for persons belonging to Other Backward Classes in respect of posts reserved for them)
The passing mark is less than the unreserved category.

Upper age limit: 33 years
number of attempts: 7
2)indian forest service examination
upper age limit: 33 years
number of attempts: 7
it means you can take 7 attempts from 21 years till 33 years.
There is no restriction on number of attempts in any other examination conducted by upsc

upsc provides age relaxation of 3 year to such candidates ,
