Age limit:-
For Indian Military Academy age limit should be between 19 years to 24 years.
For Naval Academy age limit should be between 19 years to 22years.

As you are pursuing B.Com,you are eligible for IMA and OTA for CDS examination.AFA and INA are for those having Physics and Maths at 12th or graduation.
The age limits for IMA is 19-24 years and for OTA it is 19-25 years. The maximum age limit is at the time of commencement of training after selection and not at the time of applying.
Final year Graduate candidates are eligible for CDS exam.It would be better to apply while in Final year so that you can apply while in the age limit.You have time in hand.Prepare as well as you can so that you do not waste years.

CDS stands for Combined Defence Services. the exam is conducted by UPSC twice in a year. the CDS exam is conducted for the posts in INA, IAF, IMA and OTA. but you can only apply in IMA and OTA. you can't apply for INA and IAF because for these two you must have completed graduation with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subject or you must have completed Engineering degree. for IMA and OTA you are required graduation degree in any discipline from recognized college or university. you can also apply for the exam while studying in final year of graduation.for IMA your age should be within 19 years to 24 years.for OTA your age should be within 19 years to 25 years.you must be Indian citizen.you must be physically and mentally fit.you have to apply for the exam online on following official link of UPSC:http://upsconline.nic.in/Good Luck....

The minimum age for every branch is " 19 " years
Maximum age is allowed up to 24 years
So BETTER TO COMPLETE THE GRADUATION FIRST ..
When you will be in the Final year then you can apply for the exam

As you have mentioned that your year of birth is 1992 and right now you are in first year of bachelor's degree in commerce .So you will complete your bachelor's degree in the year 2015 .
The age limit for the Combined defense services exam is :
Indian Military academy :19-24 years
Officer's Training academy :19-25 years
Indian Naval academy :19-22 years
Air force academy :19-23 years.
When you will complete your bachelor's degree you will be in final year of bachelor's degree your age will 23 years that is in the year 2015.
So with bachelor's degree in commerce as academic qualification and age 23 years in the 2015 ,you will be eligible for the IMA and OTA only .
This entrance exam is conducted twice every year by the UPSC.Both the unmarried male and female candidates of India can apply for the exam.

But there is further categorization of the age limit according to the wing you are entering.
For the naval academy- the age is 19-22 years
For air force= 19-23 years
For army= 19-24 years
There is no relaxation provided to any candidate
