Dear Aspirant
Since you have done your graduation in Nautical Science hope you must like subjects like Physics or Mathematics. Both these subjects are provided as optional paper by UPSC for aspirant in civil service examination.Go to the official websites of UPSC (www.upsc.gov.in) and download previous years question paper and try to solve them and download syllabus and see the topics whether they have been taught to you in your graduation.Being an nautical science you have been taught most of the concept of Physics.Since new pattern of examination give you an opportunity of selecting one optional. So the subject in which you feel more confidence take that subject.Otherwise if you are not confident in your science stream you may select arts paper.
All the best
