UPSC Civil Services Exams(CSE) are conducted every year to make recruitments to 24 services/posts.
There is no percentage fixed by UPSC in graduation as criteria for appearing in the CSE.
Eligibility criteria for CSE :
Educational qualification :
The educational qualification required to apply to CSE is graduation in any discipline from a recognised UGC University.
You need to score a passing percentage in graduation i.e.BBA to be eligible to appear in UPSC CSE.

First of all I would like to tell you that since you have done your BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration),you are absolutely eligible for the UPSC civil services examinations and only passing % marks is required for the civil services examinations.
Second ,you need to fulfill the age criteria that is between 21-30 years .Relaxation of three years to obc and five years to sc/st respectively.
IAS stands for the Indian administrative services.
IPS stands for the Indian Police services.
Note: Both the services are the prestigious services of Central government.
Now I would like to tell you that you should labour hard with strong determination and courage as the civil services examinations are very tough and competition is very hard.

IAS and IPS exam is conducted by UPSC there is no restriction to write the said exam obtaining 47% of marks.As per upsc a graduate from a recognized University or a final year degree candidate can appear IAS/IPS exam.the age must be within 21 years to 30 years.There are 4 chances for Gen.candidate,and for s/c S/T there is no limitations.

there is no percentages limitation.
you just passed graduation from the recognized university.
you must be an indian.
AGE CRITERIA:-
general = 21 to 30 years
obc = 21 to 33 years
sc/st = 21 to 35 years.
