There is no any educational restriction in upsc examination. If you completed your graduation degree from any university which is recognized with UGC then you can fill the form of upsc.

Many students who failed in 10th exam and do graduation from open university cracked the upsc exam. There is no any restriction for percentage also. So fill the form of upsc without any tension.

You are very eligible for the exam because your past academic records do not affect you in taking the exam form. Just make sure that you have your graduation with you

The procedure of attending upsc is to have a graduation from a recognized university and to be within the age limit of about 21-30.since you have a degree your age is the only factor to be considered.
