SCRA exam stands for Special class Railway Apprentice.This exam is conducted by UPSC.
Eligibility;-
1)you must be passed 12th standard from a recognized university with pcm subject.
2)Age limits is 17-21 years.
3)you must be Indian citizen.
dear qualifying marks its depend upon cut off of exam subject wise.
Subject according to cut off(2011)
mathematics-119 marks
physics, chemistry-138 marks
General ability-151 marks

There is no qualifying marks in scra but from the experience of previous years I think 65% marks will be cutoff marks for getting a call for interview.
So study hard, make a proper plan to tackle. all the best

ELIGIBILITY FOR SCRA:-
>>You must be 12th passed
>>Age limit must be 17-21 years
>>You must be Indian
>>You must be physically or mentally fit
>>You must be unmarried
hi there is no need of the very good percentage in the 12th class for the exam.you must have cleared in 12th class i.e. you should not have any backlogs in the 12th class.

The cut off marks list is variable each and every year.
If you got the above 60% marks in the Science (Physics and Chemistry)
And also got the 60% marks in the general ability and the mathematics.
For SCRA exam candidate must have Completed the +2 with science subject (PCM) from approved board.
Age limit for the exam is the 17 to 21 years.
Exam completes in one day
Three papers are held in the exam
General Science (Physics & Chemistry)
General ability
Mathematics.
