If you want to become a civil servant in future then you should have graudate degree from recognised university after 12th and also below criteria you should have:-
Graduate degree from recognised university.
Should age between 21-30 yrs.
Should be citizen of India

if you want to appeared CIVIL SERVICE EXAM then you should have to complete your graduation from te recognized university.
final year appearing students can also apply.
age should be 21 to 30 years.
age relaxation for obc 3 years, for sc/st 5 years.
you should be an indian.
after complete these criteria you will be eligible for CIVIL SERVICE EXAM.

You will have to study a three or four year course(graduation) in order to apply for the civil services in future.The minimum qualification to apply for any civil services is graduation.Now there are several types of civil services.

~IPS
~IES
~IES
~IFS
Now the qualification required to apply for IAS,IPS and IES is graduation from any stream and there is no percentage bar at all,you just need to be passed.
But for IES(INDIAN ENGINEERING SERVICES) and IES(INDIAN ECONOMIC SERVICES),the qualifications are specific.For INDIAN ENGINEERING SERVICES you need to have a engineering degree in mechanical,civil,electrical and electronics and communication stream.
For INDIAN ECONOMIC SERVICES,you need a post graduate degree in economics,applied economics,business economics.
You must know that you need to work really hard in order to get into the civil services,it is considered to be the most toughest exam in the world and you have to very much attentive and must have iron determination in order to make it true.It is very very and very tough to crack,you will have to work immensly hard to crack suchexams.
