Hi Aspirant,

After clearing the civil Service exam you will not directly receive the posting letter.

After clearing Interview round a final merit list will be prepared and according to that list the post will be allotted to you.

After this you will not receive the posting letter.

Now you will be called for the training of two years.

You will have to complete your training successfully in two years.

After that finally you will get your post letter and can join your post respectively.
