It's your wish what you want to do. If you want to crack UPSC exam than no need to go for PG because for UPSC exam you should be a graduate in any stream from a recognized university. So if you want to crack civil service exam or any other UPSC exam than start preparing for that.

For Civil Service Exam candidate must be Graduate any stream from any recognized university
There is no percentage required

Age should be between 21-30 years

Important Date

Date of Notification : 02-02-2013
Date of Closing : 04-03-2013
Date of Examination : 19-05-2013

Therefore you can apply for Civil Service Exam
