Now as army is a government organization,so recruitment in army is made through UPSC .

NDA is a entrance through which candidates are selected for army, air force and navy and is conducted by UPSC ,10+2 passed is the required qualifications.

CDSE is a entrance again conducted by UPSC for entry in to
    IMA-Indian Military Academy.
    OTA-Officers' Training Academy.
    NA-Naval Academy.
    AFA-Air Force Academy.

Now for entry in to the army you need to apply for IMA and OTA.
