UPSC exam has got two levels..preliminary and mains.Primary exam is usually held in May every year. And if participant qualifies in preliminary he is called for the mains exam which are usually held in october.One can find the notification in Employment News,Rojgar samachar and in official site of UPSC(www.upsc.gov.in).

upsc conducts its exam once ina year in the month of may or june .you wil get the detailed notification in the upsc web site and news paper also .and rozgar samachar weekly paper also.
