    you can appear for the examinations

    1.civil services examination (for IAS,IPS)

    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ::

    You must be a citizen of India,or, You must be a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or, You must be a Tibetan


    Refugee settled permanently in India before 1962.

    You must be of 21 to 30 years of age. However, there is a relaxation in the upper age limit, of 3 years


    for the OBC and 5 years for the SC/ST

    You must have completed your Graduation or Equivalent, from a recognized university under any


    stream, or be a final year student in the same

    The number of attempts is 4 for a General category student,7 for an OBC candidate, and


    unlimited for a SC/ST candidate, until he fulfills the age criteria

    2. Central police force (CPF) held once every year whose eligibility criteria are

    1.university graduate of any stream either in final year/passed out with 55% in graduation

    2. Age limit within 20-25 years relaxation in the upper age limit, of 3 years for the OBC sand 5 years for

    the SC/ST

    3.CDSE (for recruitments in three armed forces of Indian union) exam conducted bi-annually


    In which age should be within 18-25 yrs.& one must be university graduate from recognized university


    There is no age relaxation for any category

    the following are the eligibility criteria for writing UPSC exam:
    AGE: 21 to 30
    Nationality: Indian Citizen
    education: graduation from any recognised university
    No of attempts :4
    relaxation is provided in the case of age and number of attempts for OBC and SC/ST criteria.

    for general -21-30years

    dear friend,

    Eligibility Criteria:

    for UPSC exams you must complete or appearing in final year of graduation from recognized college or university.

    your age must be within 21 years to 30 years.

    And there is relaxation in UPPER AGE limit for reserved category candidates(3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates).

    Dear,
    Those candidates who appeared or passed the Bachelors degree course in any stream at any recognized university, are eligible for some examination of UPSC like CSAT, CDS, CPF(AC), CMS etc.. Similarly, for SCRA and NDA examinations, the candidate must pass the 10+2 examination with Science stream. The age limit is also for CSAT, CDS,CPF, CMS etc, 21-30years whereas for SCRA and NDA, the age limit is 191/2 -21 years. Best of Luck

    UPSC exam conduct for the post of IAS , IPS and IFS once in a year .
    The eligibility criteria for the exam is below :

    Education Qualification:
    -> one should done their graduation from any recognized university


    -> A final year student can also eligible for applying the exam , but before the main exam one have to complete the graduation .

    Age limit :
    21-30 for general cast
    21-33 for obc cast
    21-35 for sc/st cast
    21-35 for ex-serviceman
    21-40 for physically handicapped .

    So this is the basic requirement for giving the exam and one have to fulfill this requirement .

    So if you are eligible then start the preparation for the exam by knowing the exam pattern from the UPSC site .

    Hi...friend

    first of all one thing i have to say i.e.,

    to give UPSC exam you must be a graduate from recognized university

    with any percentage in any stream

    your age should be between 21 to 30 years

    UPSC is a not a single session exam

    it consists of plenty of exams like IAS,IPA,IFS and etc

    you can apply any one of these exams

    age relaxation also applied for backward castes

    for bc's and sc's the extended age will be 3 and 5 years respectively

    you also eligible to write CDS exam and more

    you will have a clear idea about it please follow the below link

    FINAL YEAR STUDENTS ARE ALSO APPLICABLE.
    JUST THE PASSING PERCENTAGE IS ESSENTIAL.

    Qualify in the Physical fitness round For male candidates:

    �Height: For general category-165Cms, for reserved category-162.5Cms
    �Chest: For general category-Unexpanded: 77Cms and Expanded-82Cms, for reserved category- Unexpanded: 76Cms and Expanded-81Cms
    �Weight: Proportionate to height and age and also per medical standard specified in Force

    Upsc stands for the union public service commission

    And conducting the exam civil services exam for the posts of IAS And Ips

    IAS stands for the Indian Administrative Services

    IPS stands for the Indian Police Service

    Here is the full details and criteria for the exam:

    Education qualification: The candidate should be pass in

    Graduation from a recognized indian university

    Or a final year student can also apply for the exam

    Age : The age required is between 21-30

    And for the sc.st category it is 21-35

    And for the obc category it is 21-33

    Citizen: The candidate should be citizen of india

    Hi Friend!

    First, you need to know what is UPSC.

    UPSC is Union Public Service Commission which conducts many exams in which Civil Service Exam(CSE) is one of them.

    CSE has a misnomer as 'IAS exam' or 'UPSC exam'.

    There are two phases in CSE.

    They are

    1)Civil Service Aptitude Test(CSAT) or Preliminary Exam

    2) Civil Service Main Exam

    Note: You must know that those who've qualified CSAT are only eligible for the Civil Service Main Exam.

    Qualifications for CSE:

    Nationality: You must be a citizen of India,


    or,You must be a subject of Nepal or Bhutan,

    or,You must be a Tibetan refugee settled permanently India,before 1962.


    Educational qualifications: Graduation

    Age: General:21-30yrs, OBC:21-33yrs, SC/ST:21-35yrs

    Note: there is a considerable age relaxation for special category like Blind, Deaf-Mute,Ex-service men etc.

    Number of attempts: General:4 , OBC:7, SC/ST:7
