ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ::
You must be a citizen of India,or, You must be a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or, You must be a Tibetan
Refugee settled permanently in India before 1962.
You must be of 21 to 30 years of age. However, there is a relaxation in the upper age limit, of 3 years
for the OBC and 5 years for the SC/ST
You must have completed your Graduation or Equivalent, from a recognized university under any
stream, or be a final year student in the same
The number of attempts is 4 for a General category student,7 for an OBC candidate, and
unlimited for a SC/ST candidate, until he fulfills the age criteria
2. Central police force (CPF) held once every year whose eligibility criteria are
1.university graduate of any stream either in final year/passed out with 55% in graduation
2. Age limit within 20-25 years relaxation in the upper age limit, of 3 years for the OBC sand 5 years for
the SC/ST
3.CDSE (for recruitments in three armed forces of Indian union) exam conducted bi-annually

Similarly, for SCRA and NDA examinations, the candidate must pass the 10+2 examination with Science stream. UPSC exam conduct for the post of IAS , IPS and IFS once in a year .
The eligibility criteria for the exam is below :
Education Qualification:

to give UPSC exam you must be a graduate from recognized university
with any percentage in any stream
your age should be between 21 to 30 years
UPSC is a not a single session exam
it consists of plenty of exams like IAS,IPA,IFS and etc
you can apply any one of these exams
age relaxation also applied for backward castes
for bc's and sc's the extended age will be 3 and 5 years respectively
you also eligible to write CDS exam and more

First, you need to know what is UPSC.
UPSC is Union Public Service Commission which conducts many exams in which Civil Service Exam(CSE) is one of them.
CSE has a misnomer as 'IAS exam' or 'UPSC exam'.
There are two phases in CSE.
They are
1)Civil Service Aptitude Test(CSAT) or Preliminary Exam
2) Civil Service Main Exam
Note: You must know that those who've qualified CSAT are only eligible for the Civil Service Main Exam.
Qualifications for CSE:
Nationality: You must be a citizen of India,
or,You must be a subject of Nepal or Bhutan,
or,You must be a Tibetan refugee settled permanently India,before 1962.
Educational qualifications: Graduation
