yes, sir you can apply for various UPSC exams like Civil Services, IES, CDS, CPF etc. for these exams you need graduation from recognized college or university.

2. Age Limit:
You should reach the age of 21 years on 1 august of the year of exam and you should not reach the age of 30 years on same date. There is also relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates in upper age limit.
