    hey ,
There is no rule in upsc exam that a distance study person cann't apply for the upsc exam.
So my suggest is that you can apply for the exam.
Just complete your graduation with 54% min. marks.
Then fill all the eligibility list then you can apply for the exam.
I hope it will helpful answer for you.
    YOu can online apply here

    Hello my dear Friend ...

    No worry

You won't be disqualified from attending the U.P.S.C exam

Undoubtedly you can apply for the exam

YOU ARE TELLING ME THAT YOU HAVE GRADUATION FROM DISTANCE UNIVERSITY

But you no need to Worry

THE ONLY THING IS THE """ YOUR UNIVERSITY MUST BE RECOGNIZED FROM THE UNIVERSITY GRANTS COMMISSION """

So you must have a minimum of GRADUATION from a recognized university

The remaining is same with the Other kind of Graduation

You must be an Indian Citizen

And you must be Physically Fit

Also mentally should also be well

    That is it

    VERY GOOD LUCK

Distance learning students are eligible for UPSC exams as Civil service exams,Engineering service,Forest service,Economic service etc.
You should keep in mind that your degree should be from a recognised University. It means that your University should have UGC and DEC recognition.DEC recognition is required for all distance learning courses and UGC recognition is compulsory for all courses.Check these details before taking admission in distance learning course. You will be eligible after your graduation. All the best

    No
You can not be qualified by UPSC if you want to do graduation from distance mode.
One thing you must have to keep in your mind is hat the degree which you are doing from the university must be recognized by UGC.
I mean your university must be recognized by UGC.
Only after that you will be eligible for the UPSC exams.
Your age must be in between 21-30 years for UPSC exams and you must be Indian citizen.

    Dear friend

Educational qualification required to write UPSC exams is graduation from a recognized university. Both UGC(Under Graduate Council) and DEC(Distance Education Council) approval are required for your institute.

UGC approval only is required for regular students. In the case of distant learning institute has been also approved by DEC(Distance Education Council).

So check whether your institute has these approvals.

    Good Luck

If that university is approved by government under ugc act then you can appear after completing the degree.
