Will I be eligible for IAS exams with mechanical engineering degree from a Canadian University?

I am an Indian student currently studying mechanical engineering in a canadian university with a good academic standing. I was wondering if i am eligible for IAS exams?

For the IAS exam you should have the Indian Nationality as indian nationals can apply for it and AS I am not much clear about the it so you may check the details at www.upsc.gov.in and also the other eligibility for the exam is;

1.You have done graduation from recognized university.

2.Age limit 21-30 yrs..
