Yes,regarding with Academic qualifications ,you are eligible to apply for Special Class Railway Apprenties(S.C.R.A) -2013.Even thogh examinationation connducted in the Month of January also because you are considered as Final year of Intermediate .Results of SCRA may be released in the month of probably in the month of April.Till this month your Final year Intermediate also will be completed...
Age limits are 16 1/2 to 20 years only.
But also You must complete Intermediate with MATHEMATICS and PHYSICS as optional subjects in Intermediate..Becoming final year you are surely eligible.....So,apply for SCRA now....
